This smartphone was released on 21st April 2020. It packs a 6.55-inch Fluid AMOLED capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, and an aspect ratio of 20:9  (~402 PPI density). It ha triple main camera set up 48MP+16MP+2MP and a single selfie camera 16MP. This smartphone runs Android 10, with OxygenOS 10, and is powered by Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865 (7 nm+). It packs 128GB ROM and 8GB RAM for internal storage. It is fuelled by Li-Po 4300 mAh, non-removable battery Fast charging 30W with an endurance rating of 108 hours.

DESIGN

This smartphone measures 160.2 x 72.9 x 8 mm and weighs 180g. it is built of Glass front (Gorilla Glass 5), glass back (Gorilla Glass 5), and an aluminum frame hence making the phone durable. It comes with a small chin and thin bezels. It comes with a plastic jelly case that protrudes to the sides to prevent the phone from suffering any significant damage caused by an accidental drop.

The smartphone has a matte finish which prevents the phone from having smudges and fingerprints. The design is simple and neat. It would favor people who do not like outrageous color and design. It is available in smashing colors such as Onyx Black, Glacial Green, Interstellar Glow, and Polar Silver to compliment your personality.

At the front is a 6.55-inch display that holds a dot notch at the top left that houses a 16MP selfie camera. Just above the display is a long speaker grille for calls. At the back is a triple camera set up and an LED flash in a vertical module. You also get the one plus logo at the rear. On the right side, you get a power button and a signature slider which is very useful.

At the top, there is a noise cancellation microphone to make your calls even better with less distortion. On the left is a volume rocker which is clicky and tactile. It is unsegmented therefore works as volume up and volume down. Down below you get a speaker grille, a USB Type-C port and a 3 in 1 tray that houses Dual 4G/LTE Nano sim cards.

SECURITY

This phone is equipped with an optical under-display fingerprint scanner. It is very much reliable and fast. Within a touch access is granted without hesitation. You are guaranteed of security with this sensor.

The smartphone also has a face unlock feature supported by the selfie camera. Within a glance access is is granted making this tool highly reliable. Though not as secure as the scanner you can count on it.

SOUND

You get a stereo speaker which produces great audio with less distortion for you to take the party to the next level. It has above-average bass and treble for an awesome movie experience and gaming.

DISPLAY

It packs a 6.55-inch Fluid AMOLED capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, and an aspect ratio of 20:9  (~402 PPI density). AMOLED display some advantages which are worth mentioning.

It is facilitated by a triple camera set up in a vertical module which consists of

16 MP, f/2.2, 14mm, 116? (ultrawide)- you can capture more details in one shot.

Shots taken are excellent with no noise, great details and dynamic range. Night shots have plenty of details, controlled noise and wide dynamic range. Night mode makes things look nicer by brightening the shadow and balancing out the exposure.
